Can I order a sample yarn color card?
  Yes. Please email us at info@blanketlady.com to request one.
What colors did I ask for on my last order?
  Your customer account should have your full order history with details of your past orders, including colors.  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site.   Don't have an account?  Call 877-877-7228 and a customer service representative will retrieve that information from you.
What colors do you recommend?
  The Blanket Lady carries acrylic yarn in over 25 colors, so choosing your favorite can be a challenge.   Some of the most popular color combinations are listed on the blanket pages, though there are many other options to consider.  Still can't decide? Feel free to call a customer service representative at 877-877-7228.
What payment methods do you accept?
  The Blanket Lady accepts Visa, MasterCard and personal check. If you pay with personal check however, your order will remain on awaiting payment until your payment is received.  After payment is received, your  order status will go into production and will ship in 5 weeks (standard )  or 3 weeks (rush).
How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered two shipping methods.
  1. UPS Ground for domestic shipments
  2. USPS First-Class Mail International Package for international shipments
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
How long will my order/blanket take to ship?
  Your blanket will ship from The Blanket Lady’s facility in Michigan four weeks from the date you order it. The Blanket Lady does offer a two-week rush service for an additional fee ($10.00 for baby blankets and $15.00 for kid and adult afghans). After placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
